The Trustees

The Trustees of the O2 Pension Plan are responsible for the running of the plan. They are advised by independent professional advisors.

From left to right, starting with the top row we have Ian Clarke, Cheryl Black, Arvind Ladwa, Robert Harwood and then on the bottom row left to right there is Gordon Millar, Kate Jarvis (our Chair of Trustee) and Jeannie Drake.

Kate Jarvis (Chair)
Legal Director, O2 UK: Kate has been with O2 (and BT before) since 1999. She has been a Trustee of the O2 Pension Plan since April 2008 and became Chair from the start of 2009.
Ian Clarke
Transformation Director, O2 UK: Ian has been with O2 (and BT before) since 1992. Ian has been a Trustee of the O2 Pension Plan since April 2008.
Cheryl Black
Customer Service Director, O2 UK: Cheryl joined O2 in November 2006 and was nominated by the company as a Trustee from November 2007.
Jeannie Drake
Chair of Personal Accounts Delivery Authority: Jeannie was previously a Deputy General Secretary with the Communication Workers Union (specialising in IT & Telecommunications) and is currently Chair of the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority and on the Board of the Pension Protection Fund. She has been a Trustee of the O2 Pension Plan since it began in July 2002, having been elected by the members from November 2007.
Arvind Ladwa
NW Support Manager; Principle Officer, Connect: Arvind has been in Cellnet/O2 (UK) since 1989 carrying out a number of technical roles within the Technology Directorate. He has been a Trustee of the O2 Pension Plan since inception in July 2002, having been elected by the members from November 2007.
Gordon Millar
Head of Retail Transformation, O2 UK: Gordon has been in Cellnet/O2 (UK) since 1997 and is currently employed within the Retail team as Head of Retail Transformation. Gordon was elected as Trustee of the Plan in November 2007 following the initial member elections.
Robert Harwood (Secretary)
Company Secretary, Telefonica Europe plc: Robert manages Telefonica Europe's Company Secretariat and has been the Secretary to the Trustees of the O2 Pension Plan since it began in July 2002.
