Step by step guide to changing your investments

1. Review the investment pages on this website to find out more about the changes and the investment choices that are now available to you.
2. If you are not sure which choice is right for you, we recommend that you speak to an Independent Financial Adviser, who will be able to offer you advice and assistance in making these decisions.
3. When you are ready to make your choices go to www.o2rewards.com and click on 'Pensions'.
4. Click on 'Make new investment selections'.
5. Enter your EIN and password to log into the Flexible Benefits site. If you can’t remember your password then you can either click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on this screen or call Talk2hr and select the Flexible Benefit option.
6. Click on enrol now followed by the life event changes link. Select investment changes from the drop down menu.
7. You will now be directed to screens that ask you to confirm yours and your dependent’s details. Work through these screens to bring you to your election summary.
8. In your election summary click on the O2 Pension Plan link in the list of Flexible Benefit choices.
9. This page is a summary of your pension choices. Due to the investment changes removing some of the existing funds it may not reflect your current investment choices. To help you make your decisions you will have been sent a summary of your investment choices. This information can also be found on your pension statement by going to www.o2rewards.com/my-total-reward and clicking on view your piechart.
10. Now make your choices and click submit. This will change where your retirement account is invested and where all your future contributions will be invested, so your entire retirement account will be invested in the same place. You will receive a letter in the post to confirm the changes you have made.
