Step 2 - How much does the O2 Plan cost?

Starting an O2 Pension costs surprisingly little - from just 4% of your monthly salary. If you want to pay more you can, it's up to you. And even better, O2 will double whatever you put in! Quite literally, how ever much you pay in the company will match it - up to 10% of your salary!

Plus whatever contribution you make is tax free.

I was worried that if I started a pension I'd have nothing left each month to spend. But I used the Pension Calculator and realised I could afford to save 5% of what I earn! I don't miss the money because it comes straight out of my salary so can I still go out and have fun with my mates!
